At Beaverton Milestone Hobby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the hobby supplies in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items to our Beaverton processing center, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
