How long does shipping take for model kits and supplies?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. We process all orders for in-stock hobby kits within 24-48 hours from our Beaverton warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are looking to expand to more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for opened hobby products?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the hobby industry, we cannot accept returns on kits that have been partially assembled or where the factory seal has been broken.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Can I pre-order upcoming hobby releases?
Yes! We offer pre-orders for highly anticipated milestone releases. Your payment will be processed at the time of the order to reserve your item, and it will ship the day it arrives at our facility.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
